Legacy Motion Prep Services was not created from a purely academic understanding of the criminal justice system.

Kishona
Paralegal & Document PreparerKishona’s personal experience supporting loved ones through incarceration gives her an understanding of what families experience. Her work as a paralegal and document preparer informs the structured record-review, organization, research, and document-preparation services offered through Legacy Motion Prep Services.
Kishona is not an attorney and does not represent clients in court. Her approach begins with the record: understanding the procedural history, organizing available materials, identifying information that may be missing, reviewing what the records actually show, and helping clients better understand the information contained in their case materials.
