Legacy Motion Prep Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. We provide paid pro se document preparation and support services. Using this website, submitting a form, or communicating with Legacy Motion Prep Services does not create an attorney-client relationship or legal representation relationship.
The Free Case Screening is used only to determine whether a request appears to fall within the services offered. It is not a case review, record review, legal consultation, legal research, claim evaluation, or acceptance of a matter. Submitting a screening does not guarantee that a paid service will be offered.
No paid work begins until the service scope, price, payment requirements, and required materials are established. A separate written service agreement controls the terms of any paid service. Starting prices shown on the website are not guaranteed final quotes.
Submitting a form or scheduling a Service Screening does not make Legacy Motion Prep Services responsible for any court, filing, appeal, hearing, response, or other deadline. Clients generally remain responsible for reviewing, signing when required, and filing their own pro se documents unless a written service agreement specifically states otherwise.
Legacy Motion Prep Services does not guarantee release, sentence reduction, resentencing, a new trial, parole, post-conviction relief, acceptance of a filing, or any particular outcome. Courts, agencies, parole authorities, and other decision-makers control their own decisions.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or knowingly provide false information. Do not upload or send sensitive records unless specific instructions have been provided.
We may update, suspend, or change the website and these terms when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every website feature will always be available without interruption.
