We determine whether the request falls within the services Legacy Motion Prep Services provides. This is not a review of the merits of the case.

Review available paid service options
If the request fits, we explain the available paid service options, what each includes, what materials are needed, and the payment terms.

Choose whether to proceed
There is no obligation. Case-specific work begins only after you select the service, complete the required agreement, and make the required payment.

Send the requested records
You receive instructions for safely providing the documents needed for the selected service.

Review your completed work
We send the completed work for your review and explain the practical steps for signing, notarizing, or filing when applicable.
